Each home has been uniquely designed to best fit the landscape and take advantage of the morning sun and the cool breezes. The positioning of the homes within the lot plans have been studied and approved by a Feng Shui Master, Dave King, in view of maximizing the positive flow of energy and maintaining the highest integrity of the site environment.

In the construction of the homes, we've used natural materials and scrupulously avoided anything that may contaminate the home or the surrounding environment. We've installed energy efficient windows and geothermal ducts and have made perforations that will keep the expense of cooling and hot water systems to a minimum.

Our water supply comes directly from our large underground deposits without any contamination from PVC tubing or chemicals that are usually used in municipal systems.

To ensure Zero contamination of our river and the surrounding environment, in the homes we have installed three separate plumbing systems. One system has been designed for the disposal of the waters from the household’s tubs, showers, sinks and washing machine through a cleansing process resulting in water suitable for land irrigation. Another system passes kitchen sink waters through a grease trap that cleanses the water so that it too is suitable for land irrigation. The third system connects the toilets to a septic tank system that converts the solid excrements into organic fertilizer for use in our gardens.

We have maintained the existing contours of the land and made minimal land movements. Our lots are unevenly placed on rolling hills next to the river and existing creeks. This gives our community a unique picturesque appearance of natural authenticity.
Vigilant monitoring of the terrain, use of organic pest control substances and strategic positioning of repellant plants, trees and herbs will keep mosquitoes, ants and other undesirable bugs to a minimum.

No asphalt or cement contaminants have been used in the construction of our roads.
